Shinji Imaoka (Reiko and the Dolphins, Far Away, Further Away) of has directed this coming-of-age road movie about four people travelling the Koshu highway in a single car. Their number includes Lilico, an unsuccessful musician who has fallen out with her band members, Manami is mentally unstable because her boyfriend just dumped her, Taichi a former musician and freelancer, and his girlfriend Rumi, a bland girl who could be found anywhere. What lies at the end of their journey? A love confession.
