After a fit of rage, King Ugrasena marries off his daughter Gunasundari to Daivadeenam, a disabled man. However, things take a turn when the king falls ill. A comedic adaptation of Shakespeare's King Lear, this was the first Telugu film to complete 100 days of theatrical run in 10 centers.
