Diagnosed with cancer, Fanna falls in love with Shafik, the son of a criminal gang leader. Things get complicated when a rival gang attempts to kill Shafik. The younger brother of the rival gang leader is killed when Shafik saves Fanna after she is kidnapped. Trying to find a safe haven, the young lovers flee out of the country but the cancer returns aggressively.
