In 1884 a man and a woman indulge in passionate lovemaking, not noticing anything around. In the culmination of their coitus, a man enters and takes the life of the young couple. A hundred years later Mrs. Martin, with her daughter and son come to the ancient castle to receive an inheritance. Upon arrival, they meet a family in the castle who tells them of the fate of the young lovers and the ghosts which still may haunt the castle.
