After the passing of her Mother, Hana struggles to enjoy the dishes that she used to have as a child. An unusual encounter with an elderly neighbor, Bernard, disrupts her plans for the rest of the day. As they form a bond over time, the old man unknowingly helps Hana put things into perspective.
