Episode I "Dainippon Knockout Girl" (Part 1, Part 2) Ryuko (Ayame Mizusaki) is cut off from her relatives by her cold-blooded aunt after she is told of her sister's death, and she loses her job after being sexually harassed by her boss (Morira Manzo) at work. Then, a man named Kito (Kasahara Shinji) contacts Ryuko and tells her the truth about the suicide game that led to her sister's death, and invites her to join him in the game. Awakened by the terrible treatment she received from the society, Ryuko asks carving Jun (Junjo Shindo) to tattoo her fist, and transforms herself into a knockout robber who deals with drunken people at night...
