Archival footage of the 40s of the 20th century alternates with the narrative of the main character. He received his military service as an internal intelligence courier. The hero recalls the Inquisition of the arrested, who were interrogated in the building at the address "Tetevenska" 24. The film is a portrait of a little man caught in the twists and turns of history. The hero is torn between the pain of his memories and the need to expose them to the ideological canons of the 80s.
