Ánxela, a 26-year-old Galician woman, has been planning her wedding for almost a year with Saúl, who runs an ice cream shop in the city of Santiago de Compostela. Her dream is to marry her fiancé and become a fashion designer. Uneducated, but trained in the humble sewing workshop of her mother and aunt, Anxela's life changes forever when a famous Mexican designer calls her to work in her haute couture workshop in Madrid. Far from being as she expected, her foray into the world of fashion will be full of entanglements.
