This documentary explores the notion of gender through the life and work of transexual lesbian playwright, Kate Bornstein. Poet Pat Califia, performance artist Justin Bond, author of ‘100 Years of Homosexuality’ David Halprin and female-to-make transexual, Jack Ireland, questions the usefulness of society’s rigid gender system with humour and intelligence.
