The story begins with Rick, a midwestern farm boy and his graduation from high school. Rick yearns to leave the town of his youth and has his ticket to go west in two days time. Rick dislikes his unambiguous alcoholic father . His mother left when we was young and he wants out of his small town environment to see the world. The day before Rick’s departure working outdoors for his cousin Dan, he meets Erica, a beautiful artist from Chicago. She takes Rick out to a party that night and convinces him to stay in town, As the summer continues changes take place , Rick Erica, Dan’s friendship develops and wild passion begins.
