A documentary about vintage amateur runner Andrey Chirkov. At the age of 54, he argued with colleagues at work over a glass of vodka that he would prepare and run the Moscow Peace Marathon in four months. Now he is 81 years old and has 180 marathons behind him. Including in Antarctica and the first marathon at the North Pole. Andrey Chirkov is the author of 6 books about running and more than 200 publications in various publications on the topic of sports. The main idea is to show the spirit and essence of amateur running using the example of one person.
