Ouagadougou. Darkness has engulfed the city for several hours. Ramata, Mariam and Eugénie bend over the road, tirelessly sweeping away the dust which will undoubtedly return. Through testimonies of their professional and family lives, these three women reveal their fight to remove, with the same energy, the dust of the city and the poverty of their home. A documentary on the role and place of African women today, the majority of whom are still illiterate, and yet pillars of the economy in many countries on this continent.
