In 1986, my father moved to Berlin-Kreuzberg, and from then on he was part of the O175/A 92 housing project. His first child was born, and then he met my mother, who was introduced to him by his ex-girlfriend. His second child is born: me. Thirty-five years have passed since his arrival; the city he fell in love with no longer exists, but he and others who renovated the building and turned it into what it is today still live there. They helped establish the SO 36 (Sub Opus 36) cultural center, which still exists today.
