A mysterious imposter steals Tommy Dassalo’s identity and uses it to fraudulently obtain ten thousand dollars from a major bank. When the police drop the case, Tommy takes it upon himself to track down this cybercriminal in a journey through scam e-mails, data breaches and a novelty Garfield phone that will not stop ringing.
