It is seven years since my father's death and I remember a psychic telling me that, if I suffered him for more than seven years, his soul would never leave me. In an attempt to release him, Farewell Essay takes the form of my mourning. I immerse myself in my memories and guilt, taking myself out to sea to finally come to terms with his death.
