Ulph (Adam Lundgren) is in the hospital since he suffered from a serious form of earworm. Rednex's unmistakable "Cotton Eye Joe" ruins his life and drives him to the brink of insanity. The all-too-familiar phenomenon takes on physical form in Patrik Eklund's psychological thriller with a comic undertone.
