A boiling kettle, the click of computer keys and anonymous mood music cannot fill the silence between the miserably married Sultan and Haneen. Sultan is an alternative therapist and, judging by their apartment, a very successful one; his wife responds cynically when he asks her to talk to him, saying she not one of his clients. Even so, she finds herself answering when he asks what she wants. Sultan, usually so firmly in control, is devastated by what she has to say.
