Lisa is a retired firefighter and police officer in California. Years of isolation have led to a dwindling sense of purpose and joy in her life. Mike is a former battalion chief in California who suffers from severe sleep deprivation and has difficulty managing his anger. He is in search of an alternate therapy to get a sense of relief and improve his relationship with his family.
