Auxilio

Valladolid, 1944. A boy (13) rushes into a house he finds with the door open, throwing off his pursuer. Inside, he finds a table with bread, water, and milk and sits down to eat. A retired soldier (42), carrying a cane, appears inside the house, reassures the boy, and sits down with him. The two talk about their past while the boy continues to eat and drink, until he falls asleep at the table.
