8 Ball

A woman struggling with depression receives a package from her mother of her old Magic 8 Ball she loved playing with as a child. Throughout the day, she begins to consult the Magic 8 Ball on her decisions of taking her medication, eating, and sticking to her promise of going out with a close friend. As time carries on, she can't seem to take this thing called life anymore and grapples with the choice of ending it all. In the end, she decides that this decision is too much for her to make alone and leaves it up to the 8 Ball.
