In Short Dick Man, Matthijs explores why he has been burdened by the crippling insecurity about the size of his penis all his life, causing him to avoid situations like urinals, locker rooms and dating. In an ultimate attempt to accept his body, he goes to therapy, revisits painful memories and seeks confrontation. Gradually, he discovers that the problem is bigger than himself.
