Bahía Blanca was one of the cities in the province of Buenos Aires most severely punished by the last military dictatorship. Its de facto powers silenced and perpetuated a situation of impunity for hundreds of crimes committed against its population. Through the testimonies of survivors and victims' families, the influence of civilian complicity before and during state terrorism is reconstructed. Gaining insight into the places that served as clandestine detention centers also helps lift the veil in a city where justice is making progress in bringing those responsible to justice.
