San Francisco, el río olvidado

Lucio Malizia, biologist and filmmaker, takes us on a journey into the project to turn the San Francisco River into Argentina's first river reserve. Through interviews with experts and ordinary citizens, he explores its waters and its stories, highlighting the river's importance for nature conservation, local production, and the recovery of the past in the province of Jujuy. We thus discover the essential role that this river plays in the life of the region and the challenge of protecting it in a complex but promising environmental and social context. A story about the relationship between nature and society, and a call to action to preserve one of the most valuable environmental resources in northwestern Argentina.
