Martin, a filmmaker based in Germany, returns to the Peruvian jungle to reconnect with his family during the political campaign of his father, who is running for public office for the party that vindicates former dictator Alberto Fujimori. Upon his arrival, he records the chaos of an austere campaign, resulting in an intimate and political portrait of a middle-class Peruvian family that is now remote to him, but that accompanies him from the distance as a migrant.
