Chloe Monroe is an orphan whose parents were killed by a notorious crime boss. She spends years developing her skills to eventually confront this man, even going so far as to create a persona she calls Karma. While the city knows Karma as a vigilante do-gooder, her real motivation is to confront her parents' murderer. To get to him, she tries to get close to his son. Unfortunately, she doesn't expect to meet her match. Before she realizes it, she's manipulated into one of his pawns, even losing sight of her original target. Will she survive?
