Now leading the Hamon-gumi (the exiled syndicate), Kyoichi Sakura (Ryuji Harada) receives a request from Ichihara-kai’s chairman to eliminate a violent gang terrorizing Kisarazu. However, it turns out the gang’s leader is the son of the Sanno-kai Kenzaki-gumi boss, head of a massive organization.
