The film addresses the problem of industrial emissions of heavy metals that cannot be stopped by treatment plants. This is happening on a grand scale along the Oslo Fjord, but especially at Herøya from the Hydro plant and in Odda. Who is responsible? In Japan it is worse, but can we avoid the same fate?
