The documentary Kill Saddam is the story of Kazem Bani Tamim, an Ahwazi man whose uncanny resemblance to Saddam Hussein has turned him into an “Iranian Saddam” and has lived for years in the role of the Iraqi dictator. The dream of fame and fortune has given way to pennilessness, marginality, and loneliness. Now, with the call of a new project, hope and doubt are intertwined in his life again. Between the shadow of the role and real life, Kazem is searching for a destiny that he neither knows will elevate nor abandon him
