In his first feature-length film, OUTRO PAÍS, Sérgio Tréfaut interviewed a series of filmmakers and photographers who took part in and documented the Carnation Revolution and the years of the PREC. Among them was Thomas Harlan. The director returned to the raw footage of that film, isolating this interview, as he had previously done with Robert Kramer.
