Fally Ipupa est né en 1977 à Kinshasa (République Démocratique du Congo)depuis près de 10 ans, Fally Ipupa conforte son art et exprime son talent au sein du « Quartier Latin » ; il maîtrise de mieux en mieux l’écriture au fil des albums du groupe. Avec « Eternellement » et « Ko ko ko », deux chansons majeures dont il est auteur/compositeur, Fally prend du galon et gagne en assurance jusqu’à occuper en dépit de son jeune âge, le poste de chef d’orchestre.Fally est le premier artiste congolais de sa génération à tenter l’aventure d’une carrière musicale bivalente, qui mêle innovation et tradition.
