Martin and Sophie are no longer the happy couple they were when they got married seven years ago. They have grown apart and the sparks fly every day. In fact, they would have split up long ago if it weren't for their construction company and their marriage license. On their seventh wedding anniversary, the marital feud reaches its climax and Sophie announces that she is moving out. To calm herself down, Sophie treats herself to an hour at the "White Swan" Health & Spa. However, the relaxation comes to nothing. The owners recognize her as the woman who sold them a supposedly completely renovated house. A house that turns out to be a perpetual building site. They want their money back and take Sophie hostage.
