He plays songs from all his previous albums, and tells the stories that goes into his writing and understanding of them. Filmed 10 December 2009 in Brooklyn and aired 28 January 2010. He discusses the stories behind such songs as “Your Body Is a Wonderland," "Daughters," "Heartbreak Warfare" and "Who Says."
