The "crazy" engineer Murat, who sacrificed not only his labor and sweat but also his wife and son for the Keban Dam, is engaged in a difficult struggle against the ambitions of his stepbrother. The tunnel and road construction work being carried out to create a gambling paradise in the dam area has also brought with it incidents of dynamite explosions.
