Racism, classism, poverty and his own outlandish characters put his artistic ambitions to test. Wanting to pull his family out of these dire circumstances, he had an idea to turn his life around. Importing condoms from Mumbai, India, Madhu packaged these in Goulds, Newfoundland and began to sell them to local markets.
