Mariola Wawrzusiak-Borcz is an artist-welder and the professor at the Academy of Fine Arts. She roams post-industrial areas in search of scrap metal, which she uses in her artwork. During the welding process she creates sculptures of animals and children affected by war. She fulfils her obsessive need to create art in spite of her painful hand condition. That's how she criticizes the mankind.
