It also explores the relationship between them and their patients in Brazil, Venezuela, Cuba, the United States, Portugal and Sierra Leone, shedding light on this internationalist project that Cubans have been developing since the 60s of the last century and which seems to contradict the dominant rules in the systems of public health.
