It's winter in Budapest. Igor is visiting his best friend Mark for the first time since he moved to the Netherlands. But their plan to spend "Super Winter Days" together is going off the rails. The mid-length indie comedy "City on water" is a bittersweet portrayal of a generation's dislillusionment told through the end of a friendship.
