Bong-gi, an apartment security guard, dominates neighborhood restaurants as the king of delivery app reviews. When he suffers humiliation from the newly elected representative of the resident, Gap-doo, while unable to contain his anger, Bong-gi finds out that Gap-doo runs a restaurant specializing in delivery.
