Amit Roy

Amit Roy is an Indian director and cinematographer who mainly works in Bollywood film industry. Amit who started his career as a cinematographer with Ishq Vishk (2003), went to work in several popular films like Dil Maange More!!! (2004), has lensed Ram Gopal Varma ki Aag (2007), Sarkar Raj (2008) and Deewana Main Deewana (2013). The cinematographer-turned-director, Roy, made his directorial debut with Running Shaadi (2017) starring Amit Sadh, Taapsee Pannu and Arsh Bajwa. His 2020 release include Love Aaj Kal, directed by Imtiaz Ali.
