Gabriel Herrera Torres

Gabriel Herrera Torres is a mexican director, graduated from the University Center for Cinematographic Studies (CUEC, UNAM) in 2010 and with a master's degree in film direction from the Polish National Film School (PWSFTviT). He has made several short films and currently teaches film, works on social and ecological documentaries and is making PHD studies focusing on philosophy and film theory. He has taken part in different programs and residencies over the years, and his short films have been shown and awarded in several film festivals, such as Berlin International Film Festival.
