Samta Sudiksha

Samta Sudiksha is an Indian actress known for her natural and nuanced performances in Hindi cinema. Born on May 2, 2000, in Patna, Bihar, she grew up in a middle-class family where she initially prioritized academic success before pursuing her passion for acting. She is a graduate of Pannalal Girdharlal Dayanand Anglo-Vedic College (PGDAV), Delhi University. Samta made her Bollywood debut in 2022 with the Disney+ Hotstar film "Good Luck Jerry", where she played the role of Cherry (Chhaya Kumari), the younger sister of Janhvi Kapoor's character. She gained critical acclaim for her breakout performance in Varun Grover’s semi-autobiographical directorial debut, "All India Rank" (2023), portraying the character of Sarika. She further established herself with a significant role in the Netflix film "Bhakshak" (2024), starring alongside Bhumi Pednekar. In 2026, she appeared in the TV series "Hello Bachhon" as Tripti Dahiya. Known for gravitating toward story-driven projects, Samta has quickly become a compelling new voice in contemporary Indian storytelling.
