Emma Krokdal
Emma Krokdal is a Norwegian-born fitness trainer, model, actress, and entrepreneur, best known as the wife of actor Dolph Lundgren. She was born on July 13, 1996, in Trondheim, Norway. She moved to Los Angeles and initially worked as a personal fitness trainer (often at Equinox gym in West Hollywood), though she had aspirations of becoming an actress. She met Dolph Lundgren at a gym in West Hollywood around 2019. They began dating despite a significant age gap (approximately 39 years), got engaged, and married on July 13, 2023, in a private ceremony in Mykonos, Greece.
