Katherine Isheim
Katherine Lynette Isheim is a multi-talented award-winning writer, director, and actor based in the United States. Recognized for her performances in Salem, Treme, and a diverse range of independent cinema, Katherine brings a unique depth to her craft informed by a trailblazing background. Today, she channels her leadership into the arts as a founder of the Louisiana Rainbow Film Festival. Beyond the screen, Katherine is a dedicated advocate for the environment, animal welfare, and the special needs community. She splits her time between California, Oklahoma, Alabama, and Louisiana, creating films alongside her partner while remaining active in animal rescue and outreach for the unhoused, particularly unhoused military veterans.
