Moll brings over 15 years of experience in video and photo production, with a background spanning apprenticeship training, eight years in union work, and five years leading an in-house production team in the tech sector. Now working as a Director of Photography, and media strategist, they collaborate across narrative, documentary, and commercial projects. Moll approaches each story with intention, technical precision, and a nuanced eye, creating work that is both authentic and artful. As a queer storyteller, they bring a distinct perspective—capturing people and their experiences with empathy, respect, and a deep curiosity about what makes each story unique.
