Perdita Carvil
Perdita Carvil is a visual effects producer at Framestore Montreal. Her early career was more than a decade at the United Kingdom's National Health Service (NHS), where she held a range of operational and managerial roles. During her tenure with the NHS Trust, she worked as a procurement specialist, commissioning project worker, anaesthetic coordinator, theatre scheduler, and service manager. Her projects included the Surgical Savings Improvement Project and the Commissioning Day Surgery Unit. Alongside her professional duties, she completed training in advanced negotiation, change management, health and safety, equality and diversity, and neuro-linguistic programming. Carvil transitioned into the visual effects sector in the mid-2010s, initially working as an animation production coordinator at MPC. She joined Framestore in Montreal in 2017 as a production coordinator. She advanced to the role of VFX line producer in 2017, then to VFX associate producer in 2019. In 2021, she became a visual effects producer at the vendor. As a visual effects producer at Framestore, Carvil's credits include Army of the Dead (2021), Slumberland (2022), Rebel Moon – Part One: A Child of Fire (2023), Rebel Moon – Part Two: The Scargiver (2024) and Spider-Man: Brand New Day (2026).
